Dr. Thorson joined the Stillwater Veterinary Clinic in 1992.

Betsy grew up in White Bear Lake, Minnesota and is a graduate of the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine.

Betsy shares her home with her husband and a Bichon Frise – “Coconut” and a Golden Retriever – “Loki”. They have 3 adult children and are now “empty nesters”.

Dr. Thorson has an interest in internal medicine and dermatology. Betsy enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, and skiing.
