Born and raised in the Stillwater area, Dr. Winter received his undergraduate degree at UWRF and went to vet school at the University of MN. He has one golden retriever named Ragnar and focuses on surgery and internal medicine here at our clinic.

In his spare time, Dr. Winter enjoys fishing, kayaking, and keeps busy with his hobby farm in Nothern MN.
