Annual Wellness Examination
Yearly examinations help keep your pet healthy,
that's why we recommend an annual physical exam for your pet.
The information we gather at each exam becomes part
of your pet's medical history and be critical if an emergency or sudden
illness arises.
Remember to bring a stool sample to your appointment.
Parasites can be present without being noticed. The stool exam and
nail trim are included in the price of the Wellness Exam:
-
Weight loss or gain can be an early warning sign
of disease. We will assess your pet's diet and nutritional
needs.
-
Rectal abnormalities and stool sample for
intestinal parasites.
-
Legs, joints, hips and spine assessment.

hair loss may indicate an illness. We check for skin infections or

Listen to the chest for heart murmurs, irregular
heartbeat, and abnormal lung sounds.

Examine the eyes for cataracts or inflammation.
