Dr Donald Rice has dedicated over thirty years of veterinary medicine to the care and well being of companion animals.  He is a skilled surgeon and clinician, investing in continuing education and technology to provide excellence in veterinary care and services.

 Dr Rice has established a Canine Reproduction Center that draws a large audience of dog breeders from across the nation.
